Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp sea salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

great with tomato and mozzarella

Reduce the balsamic vinegar to 3 tablespoons. Sprinkle the sea salt on baking paper and drizzle with the vinegar. Dry in a convection oven at 130°C for about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally with a fork. Allow to dry with the oven door open.
