Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard, French
- 85 ml olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Put the balsamic vinegar and mustard in a bowl, slowly stir in the olive oil with a whisk, add salt and pepper.
