Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 ½ kg tomatoes
- 3 large onions
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 500 ml vinegar (tarragon)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp basil
- 1 tbsp mustard powder
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp ground clove pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Roughly dice the tomatoes, chop the onions, and crush the garlic cloves. Bring all ingredients to a slow boil in a large pan, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves. Reduce heat and simmer for 60 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.
