Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pork fillet(s)
- 50 g onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic, small
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt
- 120 g carrot(s)
- 50 g Chinese egg noodles or rice noodles
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the pork fillet into thin slices. Peel the onions and slice them. Peel the garlic and press it through a press. Sauté the onions and garlic in oil until translucent, add the meat and brown them all over. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Meanwhile, clean the carrots and cut them into thin slices or strips, add them to the meat, and cook them. Add the noodles to the salted water and cook for about 4-5 minutes, then drain and stir into the meat and vegetables. Season to taste with salt and soy sauce.
