Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g margarine
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 125 g almond(s), ground
- 3 bananas
- Powdered sugar for dusting
- Fat for the mold

Sponge cake for heart shape
Beat the margarine with the sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Gradually add the eggs and beat for another 5 minutes. Mash the bananas and mix them into the batter along with the ground almonds. Combine the flour and baking powder, sift them over the batter, and slowly mix into the batter. Grease a heart-shaped baking pan (or a regular 26 cm cake pan) and pour in the prepared batter. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 160°C (convection oven) for approximately 50-60 minutes on the middle rack. Dust the cooled cake with powdered sugar.
