Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 m.-sized avocado(s)
- 2 bananas
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
- ½ tbsp honey
- 1 kiwi(s)
- 100 g strawberries
Instructions

To be enjoyed as breakfast or dessert.
Mash the avocados and bananas with a fork in a bowl. Add the cocoa powder and honey and mix everything together. Chop the fruit and garnish the mousse with it. Tip: Instead of kiwi and strawberries, you can use any other fruit. I also like the combination of pineapple and mango, for example. Nutritional values per person: approx. 38 g carbohydrates, 22 g fat, 4 g protein.
