Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bananas
- 3 tbsp rum
- ½ lemon(s), grated peel
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 125 ml cream
- 3 tbsp desiccated coconut, flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the bananas into three slices lengthwise and place them side by side in a large, shallow baking dish. Make sure the bottom of the dish is completely filled. Sprinkle the lemon zest and brown sugar over the bananas. Add the rum to the cream and pour over the bananas. Sprinkle the coconut flakes over the gratin. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
