Banana and Quark Trifle

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 2 bananas
  • 60 g biscuits (amarettini)
  • some Amaretto
  • some powdered sugar
  • 100 ml cream
  • possibly chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick dessert with amaretti

Prepare 4 dessert glasses. Place the amaretti biscuits in a freezer bag and crush or crumble them into small pieces. Divide evenly among the dessert glasses. Drizzle the amaretti biscuits with a little Amaretto. Thinly slice the 2 bananas and layer them on top. For the topping, mix the quark with the cream until smooth and add a little powdered sugar until the desired sweetness is reached. If desired, you can also mix chocolate sprinkles into the topping. Pour the topping into the glass as the final layer, garnish as desired, and refrigerate.
