simply

Combine the dry bread with the peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a blender until a smooth, crumbly texture forms. Dice the mango and fill dessert bowls. Top with lightly sweetened yogurt and a layer of mbouraké. With its light peanut flavor, mbouraké also tastes great with vanilla ice cream, cream, and fruit sauces and can be stored ready-made. Mbouraké is a recipe from Senegal and is made with stale bread (for using up leftovers) or steamed millet semolina. Alternatively, breadcrumbs can also be used.
