Banana, apple and nut cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 150 g wholemeal spelt flour or wholemeal wheat flour
  • 200 g hazelnuts, ground or other ground nuts
  • 2 bananas, very ripe
  • 2 medium-sized apples, approx. 100 g each
  • 10 dates
  • 50 g brown sugar, optional
  • 200 ml milk or oat drink
  • 80 ml oil, neutral
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 100 g chocolate, dark, chopped
  • Fat for the mold

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Mash the bananas with a fork, grate the apples, and finely chop the dates. Add the remaining ingredients to the fruit and mix well. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan or springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (top/bottom heat) for about 60 minutes. It’s best to let the cake cool in the pan afterward to make it firmer. The 340 kcal value refers to 1 of 12 slices.
