Banana-Apple Overnight Oats

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 50 g low-fat yogurt
  • 50 g milk, low-fat
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

Peel the banana and apple and cut into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together and place in a sealable container. Let it sit overnight in the refrigerator – and you’ll have a delicious breakfast porridge ready the next morning.
