Resa's chocolate spread

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 90 g sugar
  • 60 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 100 g block chocolate
  • 70 g butter
  • 100 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Homemade Nutella

Chop the chocolate block and melt it in a double boiler; it will burn too quickly in a saucepan. Once the chocolate has melted, add the butter first, followed by the milk. Then gradually add the sugar and ground hazelnuts. When the ingredients have combined into a smooth mass, the cream is ready. Pour into a jar with a lid and store in the refrigerator. It will keep for about 14 days, depending on how old it is. If you like, you can also replace the hazelnuts with almonds; that tastes delicious too.
