- 250 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp ginger, freshly grated
- 2 bananas

Ginger and cinnamon warm the body from within. This smoothie is perfect for breakfast on a winter morning.
Slice the bananas and freeze. Combine the apple juice, cinnamon, and ginger in a blender or food processor and blend briefly. Add the frozen bananas and blend until smooth. Divide the mixture between two glasses and enjoy.
