Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g low-fat curd cheese
- 150 ml milk, low-fat
- 1 large banana(s)
- 50 g beetroot
- 2 tbsp almonds, ground
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tbsp oat flakes
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 150 ml water
