Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 150 ml milk, low-fat
  • 1 large banana(s)
  • 50 g beetroot
  • 2 tbsp almonds, ground
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp oat flakes
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 150 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Add all ingredients one at a time to a blender and blend thoroughly for 60-80 seconds. This shake will be especially delicious and creamy in a high-performance blender. It’s perfect for fitness and strength athletes. Drink one glass directly before and one glass directly after your workout. The proteins support strength and muscle building.
