Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 banana(s), ripe
- 125 g coconut oil
- 125 ml coconut milk, unsweetened
- 150 g coconut blossom sugar
- 250 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 20 g baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 75 g nuts or almonds, ground
- Fat for the mold

Grease a loaf pan and preheat the oven to 175°C (fan/convection oven). Mash the bananas with a fork and quickly mix with the remaining ingredients in a large bowl using the dough hook of a hand mixer. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for about 40 minutes. For 20 loaves, the total is approximately 180 kcal per loaf.
