Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 75 g almond flour or ground almonds
- 75 g coconut flour or ground desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 some vanilla extract
- 50 g walnuts
- e.g. cranberries, cashews, nuts or other seeds

Grain-free, quick and delicious, suitable for Paleo
Mash the bananas, then add all the remaining ingredients, mix well, and pour into a springform pan or loaf pan. You can also add cranberries, cashews, nuts, or other seeds to taste. Bake at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes, depending on the desired browning and thickness of the bread. After baking, let it rest for about 30-60 minutes, then enjoy. This banana bread is especially good for breakfast.
