Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g beef
  • some flour
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • e.g. soy sauce, depending on intensity
  • n. B. water
  • 50 g sugar
  • some leek or spring onions

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cut the meat into thin strips and coat in flour on all sides. Then, cover and refrigerate for about 15 minutes. Do not stack. For the sauce: Heat the sesame and sunflower oils, fry the ginger and finely chopped garlic in the oil for 2 minutes. Stir in equal parts soy sauce and water along with the sugar. Remove from the heat and let cool. Briefly fry the beef on all sides and coat in the sauce. Serve garnished with leeks or spring onions. Serve with rice, neutrally seasoned vegetables, or salad.
