Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 bananas
- 2 shots of carbonated mineral water
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp, heaped cinnamon
- 100 g oat flakes, fine
- 400 g spelt flour
- 120 ml oat milk (oat drink)
- 80 g brown sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 80 ml vegetable oil

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) top/bottom heat. Place the bananas in a bowl and mash them with a fork. Then add all the ingredients one at a time to the bowl and mix with a mixer. If the batter is too stiff, add oat milk; if it’s too runny, add flour. Pour the batter into a loaf pan greased with margarine and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes. Check if the cake is baked through with a wooden skewer. Enjoy!
