Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 3 m.-large banana(s), ripe
- 1 ½ cup(s) flour (or whole wheat flour of your choice)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ cup nuts as desired, chopped
- Fat for the mold
- possibly chocolate coating

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven (200°C top/bottom heat). Grease a loaf pan and refrigerate. Peel and mash the 3 ripe bananas. Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, then mix in the eggs and mashed bananas. Mix the flour and baking soda and fold in. Finally, stir in the chopped nuts. Pour the batter into the loaf pan. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 3/4 to 1 hour. Test for doneness. If you like, you can cover the banana bread with melted chocolate.
