- 180 g butter
- 4 g salt
- 2 bananas
- 3 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 160 g flour
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Chop the bananas, caramelize them in a little butter and 1 tablespoon of sugar, and let them cool. Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Combine the flour and baking powder and fold into the egg mixture. Melt the remaining butter. Add the bananas and butter to the mixture and mix everything together. Grease an oblong baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour the batter into the pan and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil towards the end, if necessary.
