Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 200 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 pkt. pudding powder, vanilla
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp nuts, ground
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 2 bananas, mashed, ripe
- 180 g fat, liquid
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl (preferably one with a lid) and shake briefly; otherwise, simply stir a few times with a spoon. Stir the salt, eggs, and bananas (mash them) into a paste; you can also shake them in a Tupperware container. Then add everything to the flour along with the melted fat. Shake well (if lidded) or mix with a spoon until a dough forms. Then pour everything into a loaf pan and bake at 180°C in an unheated oven for about an hour.
