Banana cake without nuts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 banana(s), ripe to very ripe
  • 400 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 175 g butter, no margarine
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Fat and breadcrumbs for the mold
  • possibly milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Please follow the instructions in this order! Preheat oven to 175°C, line a Bundt pan with butter and breadcrumbs. Cream the softened butter and add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt. Slice or chop the bananas and stir into the butter and sugar until completely mashed. Gradually add the eggs. By now, the sugar should be almost completely dissolved. Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift it onto the batter. Mix everything thoroughly again. If the batter is too stiff, add a little milk. Bake on the bottom rack for about 50 to 60 minutes. Test for doneness. This cake stays moist for a very long time.
