Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 100 g dark chocolate, vegan
  • 7 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 200 ml coffee, hot
  • 80 g margarine
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 pinches of vanilla powder
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 40 g walnuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

vegan, lactose-free

First, mash the bananas. Ripe bananas are best for this. Finely chop the chocolate, mix it with the cocoa powder, and pour over the hot coffee. Stir until the cocoa and chocolate have dissolved. (Although it’s okay if a few chocolate chips remain.) Mix with the banana. Stir in the sugar, salt, and margarine. Add the vanilla (I often use the Dr. Oetker vanilla grinder, but you can also use vanilla sugar and less regular sugar). Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in. Chop the walnuts and add them to the batter. Grease and flour a cake or brownie pan. Pour in the batter and bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes.
