Banana – Chocolate – Cream

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 4 banana(s), ripe
  • 1 pack of cake glaze, clear
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 500 g natural yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Blend the bananas and chocolate with a mixer until smooth. Prepare the glaze and let it cool for about 1 minute. Whisk the glaze and banana puree together well. Mix the yogurt with the banana mixture, add the vanilla sugar, and whisk vigorously. Pour the cream into dessert glasses, let it cool slightly, and then serve.
