Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 4 tsp cocoa powder
  • 200 ml cream, lactose-free

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form (not too stiff). Cut the banana into pieces and add them to the egg yolks along with the cocoa powder, mashing them. Beat the mixture with a hand whisk until fluffy. Now add the egg yolk mixture to the beaten egg whites and gently fold in. Finally, whip the cream and add it to the egg mixture. Carefully fold in. To firm up the mixture, refrigerate it for 1-2 hours.
