Banana – cream – chocolate liqueur – cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 bananas
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 100 g sugar
  • 500 ml liqueur (chocolate liqueur)
  • 1 cake base (ready-made 3-piece sponge cake base)
  • Cocoa powder
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Whip the cream with the cream stiffener, then gradually add the cocoa powder and continue whisking. Add a generous splash of chocolate liqueur and mix well. Drizzle the bottom sponge layer with liqueur. Slice the bananas and place them on the moist base. Spread a layer of the cream over the bananas. Now place the middle sponge layer on top and drizzle with more liqueur, add the banana slices and then the cream. Place the top layer on top and then add a layer of cream, spreading it evenly around the sides. Lightly sprinkle with cocoa powder. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
