Mascarpone cream with mandarins

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 75 ml juice (mandarin orange juice)
  • 1 small bottle(s) of eggnog
  • 59 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 cans of tangerine(s)
  • chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Drain the mandarins thoroughly. Blend the mascarpone, quark, sugar, vanilla sugar, mandarin orange juice, and egg liqueur in a mixer. Layer the mandarins and cream in a bowl. Decorate with mandarins and chocolate sprinkles, if desired. Let stand for 1-2 hours.
