Banana cream with chocolate chips

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 bananas
  • ½ half lemon(s), juice
  • 2 cups of natural yogurt, 180 g each
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 dl cream, for whipping
  • 80 g chocolate (chips), dark

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and slice the bananas, mix them with the juice of half a lemon, and puree them with a hand blender. Mix the yogurt with the sugar and the banana mixture. Whip the heavy cream and fold it into the banana mixture. The cream is easy to prepare. It tastes better if you take it out of the fridge about two hours before serving and add the chocolate chips then.
