Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 rolls (Finn Brods) or wholemeal toasties
- 2 tbsp tomatoes, pureed
- 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- 1 m.-sized tomato(s)
- 1 tbsp feta cheese, very finely diced
- 2 tbsp lean ham, diced
- Garlic or garlic powder
- pepper
- 2 tbsp cheese, grated, e.g. Gouda or Edam
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Baked Scandinavian toast rolls
Preheat oven to 190-200 degrees Celsius. Divide the Finn bread or toasties so you have four bread halves. Spread the passata on each half and press or sprinkle the garlic over it. Fillet the tomatoes and cut into very small pieces. Mix the tomatoes, feta cheese, and ham, season with pepper, and place on the Finn bread. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top. Bake for about 8 minutes on the top rack of the oven and about 2 minutes on the bottom rack.
