Banana curd milk

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g banana(s)
  • 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 ml milk
  • some cinnamon
  • sweetener if desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the banana into small pieces and puree it with the quark, milk, and a pinch of cinnamon. Then season with sweetener to taste. Pour the mixture into a glass and refrigerate. Enjoy chilled! Or leave it refrigerated and enjoy immediately.
