Banana curd with walnuts

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 3 bananas
  • 500 ml milk
  • 500 g cream cheese (40%)
  • 1 cup(s) walnuts, chopped
  • Sweetener, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

In a tall bowl, blend the bananas and milk with an immersion blender until smooth. Add the cream cheese and fold in with the blender. Season to taste with sugar or sweetener. (Since the cream already contains quite a few calories, I prefer sweetener, which doesn’t affect the flavor at all.) Finely chop the walnuts with a large knife and mix in.
