Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g flour
- 65 g butter
- 65 g sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 750 g low-fat curd cheese, 20% fat
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder for cooking
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- 2 egg yolks
- 200 g sugar
- 3 egg whites
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Make a dough from ingredients 1-7 and line a springform pan with it. For the topping, beat the egg yolks with sugar until frothy. Mix well with the remaining ingredients. Carefully fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Spread the mixture evenly over the base and smooth it down. Bake in the oven at approximately 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for approximately 60 minutes.
