Curry apricot dip with bacon

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 g bacon
  • 5 soft apricots
  • 4 tsp, heaped curry powder (coconut curry)
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 2 pinch(s) salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the apricots into small cubes. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy and drain on a paper towel. Then crumble it. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, curry powder, diced apricots, and bacon. Season with salt and pepper. Delicious with grilled food and bread.
