Cut the pork fillet into two-finger-wide slices. Wrap each slice with a slice of bacon and place the parcels side by side in a baking dish. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, crush the pepper with a fork and mix with the ketchup, tomato paste, and crème fraîche. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Pour the sauce over the meat and bake for another 12 minutes. Serve with tagliatelle and salad.
