Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pork goulash
- 1 liter broth, clear, instant
- 4 onions
- 5 tbsp curry
- some oil for frying
- 2 bananas
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Brown the goulash in a little oil on all sides. Finely chop the onions and add them. Cook everything on low heat until the onions are translucent. Bring the broth to a boil, then add it to the goulash and season with curry powder. Bring back to a boil. Slice the bananas and add them to the goulash for about 5-10 minutes just before serving. Serve with dumplings, rice, or noodles.
