Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g oven-baked French fries
  • 1 small can of peas, very fine
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 100 g bacon, streaky
  • 100 g meat sausage
  • 3 eggs
  • mineral water
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Bake the fries in the oven according to the package instructions, turning occasionally. Heat the peas, salt, and parsley in a saucepan. Briefly fry the bacon, then add the sausage strips. Mix the eggs with salt and mineral water. Place everything in a pan and bake until the eggs are set.
