Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 600 g banana(s)
- 600 g apples
- 600 g grapes, green
- 500 g gelling sugar (3:1)
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 13 minutes; Total time approx. 43 minutes
Peel and slice the bananas, and toss with the juice of half a lemon. Peel, core, and slice the apples. Skin and core the grapes. Place everything in a saucepan and simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and puree with a hand blender. Stir in the gelling sugar and cook for another 3 minutes. Then pour the jam into prepared jars and seal tightly.
