Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 dashes Maggi
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp herbal salt
  • ½ bag(s) of ready-made mix (salad mix, spicy garden herbs)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 125 ml whipped cream
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard, medium hot
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 30 ml vegetable stock

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

mild dressing that goes well with lamb’s lettuce, lettuce and leaf lettuce

Mix the ingredients and press in the garlic. Tip: Let the salad sit in the dressing for about 10-15 minutes.
