Banana Honey Muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 280 g flour
  • 140 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 250 ml milk
  • 120 g margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 12 tsp honey, more if you like

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Makes 12 muffins. Mix all ingredients except the honey and bananas. Dice the bananas into small cubes. Pour 1 tablespoon of batter into the muffin tin, then add a few pieces of banana, drizzle with 1 teaspoon of honey (the more honey you use, the stickier, but tastier, the muffins will be), and finally top with another 1 tablespoon of batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) top/bottom heat for about 20-30 minutes.
