  • some pineapple
  • 1 handful of leaf spinach
  • 5 tbsp whole grain oats
  • ½ tsp rapeseed oil
  • n. B. Nuts
  • n. B. linseed
  • e.g. chia seeds

Peel and quarter the kiwi. Peel the banana and cut into small pieces. Peel the pineapple and cut into small pieces. Cut the cucumber into thick slices. Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy your delicious smoothie. Thanks to the whole-grain oats, this smoothie also makes a great nutritious breakfast.
