Banana – Lemon – Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 lemons
  • 1,500 g banana(s) (approx. 1,200 g peeled)
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 1:2

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Squeeze the lemons (100ml). Mash the peeled bananas. Mix both with the gelling sugar and let stand until the sugar has dissolved. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring. Cook over medium heat for 4 minutes while stirring. Test for settling. Pour the jam into hot, rinsed jars and seal immediately.
