Ingredients for 20 servings:
- 1 kg banana(s)
- 20 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 500 g sugar
- 1 liter of water
- 1 liter of schnapps (grain)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Slice the bananas and place them in a tall container. Make a syrup from the lemon juice and sugar (heat and stir until thickened). Let the syrup cool, then pour it over the bananas, cover with alcohol, and let it stand in a warm place for a week (shake daily). Then season to taste and dilute with water.
