Banana mousse (without egg)

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 4 bananas, without peel
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • vanilla sugar
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 tsp rum
  • 40 g butter, melted
  • 250 g whipped cream, whipped until stiff
  • Red fruits (strawberries, canned sour cherries)
  • Chocolate, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Puree the bananas with the lemon juice, vanilla (to taste), sugar, and rum. Stir in the hot butter, then thoroughly fold in the whipped cream. Place the fruit in a bowl, spread the cream over the mixture, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and refrigerate for several hours.
