Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 m.-large onion(s), diced
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • 1 cucumber(s), diced
  • oregano
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • ½ liter of water
  • basil
  • salt and pepper
  • Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Pour oil into a pot and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the diced cucumber and sauté. Add the tomato paste and sauté briefly. Add water. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and Tabasco. Let it simmer until softened. You can refine the sauce with a few tablespoons of sour cream! Serve with baguette or pasta.
