- 180 g yogurt
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 small bottle(s) of vanilla flavoring
- 1 banana(s), mashed
- 15 g hazelnuts, ground
- 100 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 15 g sugar
- n. B. Sweetener
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Separate the egg. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Combine all ingredients and fold in the egg whites. Sweeten to taste. Divide the mixture among 12 muffin cups and bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes. 1 muffin per muffin.
