Cheesecake *light*

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 egg white
  • some flavoring (lemon, cinnamon, vanilla…)
  • 2 tsp, heaped Biobin
  • Sweetener for approx. 150 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

suitable for diabetics, low carb, Atkins, glycemic index, LOGI, LF 30, low calorie, low fat

Separate the egg and beat the two egg whites until stiff. Then mix the low-fat quark with the flavoring, sweetener, Biobin, and egg yolk (you can also omit this). Fold in the egg whites and pour into a springform pan (18-20 cm) lined with baking paper. Bake at 150°C (fan oven) for about 35 minutes, then let the cake cool completely. The whole cake has just about 480 kcal! So you can easily eat the whole thing without feeling guilty. I love it and could eat it every day because it’s a delicious source of protein, and no one will suspect you’re on a diet.
