Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour (type 550)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup milk
- 2 bananas
- 250 g sugar
- ⅛ liter of oil
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, combine the flour with the baking soda (if you don’t have any on hand, baking powder will work too). Blend the bananas with the milk and then mix this liquid mixture with the flour mix. Then add the sugar and oil and pour into a greased muffin tin. Bake in an oven preheated to 220°C (425°F) for about 20 minutes.
