Banana bread from the air fryer

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 50 g sugar
  • 50 g nuts, chopped
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 21 minutes; Total time approx. 31 minutes

Mash the bananas in a bowl. Add the sugar, egg, and nuts and mix well. Add the flour and baking powder to the banana mixture and mix everything into a smooth batter. Pour the batter into an air fryer-safe dish. Bake the bread using the “Air Fry” program at 180°C for about 21 minutes, until cooked through and golden brown.
