Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 150 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 3 bananas
  • 125 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Preheat the oven to 160°C (top/bottom heat). Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend with a mixer. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes.
