Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp, heaped dill, chopped
- 50 ml coffee cream
- 1 pinch of salt

with coffee cream and mustard and dill perfect for cucumber salad
Grandma Rosa’s cucumber salad dressing fulfills the four “S” of a good dressing: sour, sweet, salty, and spicy. Combine all ingredients in a salad dressing shaker and shake vigorously until an emulsion forms. Add a little more coffee cream if desired. Also delicious with leafy salads.
